We are using Business Premium Services with our platform partner that ensures applying the relevant laws in EU & the corresponding jurisdiction if you are ordering outside of the EU. Our partner is considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level of protection for the Personal Information of EU Member State residents.
This Privacy Policy describes how 12NOTESPARIS (“12NOTESPARIS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), collect, use, and share your Personal Information, as well as an explanation of the data rights you may have in that Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to all our users/visitors (collectively, “Users”, “you”, or “your”), whether you create an account with us or not, and to all our services, including our website, mobile application (“Mobile App”), and related services & new products.
