Delivery, Returns, Refund

Overall Rule:

Contact us for any issue with your order, we review on a case-to-case basis to provide fair decision.

We reserve the right to dispute any related request if deemed not requested in good faith.

Delivery

Fees = shown during the payment process and at the receipt.

Status = provided by our delivery partner Colissimo.

Delay = shown during check out process. Contact us if delay estimation is not indicated.

Customs & import taxes + delays = are on buyers' responsibility to check  for any customs and import taxes or delays that may apply.

Returns

General Accepted Reason = damaged or defective when product was received.

All products to be returned should then be unopened and in their protective, transparent wrap.

Return option (with the return slip) is available ONLY for France mainland, Corsica, Monaco, Andorra.

• Contact us to have the return slip.

• Ensure that the return slip is readable & its barcodes are intact.

• Include the original receipt in the package.

• Please use only the return slip showing the return address and the relevant barcodes. Do not include the initial delivery slip to avoid any confusion.

• Deposit the package to be returned in the same delivery company, within 15 days from the time the product was delivered to you.

If the initial packaging cannot be re-used, you may use another packaging at your expense.

The return is free of charge for the above conditions. Outside these conditions, buyers are then responsible for the fees.

 

Custom/Personalized Products = They are presented & reviewed/approved by the customer before check out, hence returns are not accepted.

 

Digital Products

E-mailed or downloadable in premium quality whether PNG, JPG, PDF Premium.

Due to its nature, they are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

Refund can be issued upon request within 15 days from the delivery date, following above conditions.

We refund the product amount paid during check out & upon reception of your returned package.

You will see the refund approximately 5-10 business days later depending banks’ processing delay.

 

Cancellation

We can accommodate cancellation within 24hours upon purchase.

Exceeding 24-hour delay up to maximum 48h, we can still accommodate cancellation, if product is not yet shipped, with a processing fee of 5€ that we will deduct on the refund amount.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, American Express, Carte Bleue, Diners, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Discover, Maestro; Paypal & Manual type payment (Paylib, Cash), We offer HTTPS secure access on payment.
